What do I stand for as a coach, what are my non-negotiables?
I stand for building agents something that lasts, and I have a few lines I won't cross to do it.
I won't sell a quick fix. I've told you that throughout this whole site, and I mean it as a value, not a marketing line. Anyone promising you overnight results in this business is either lying or about to waste your money. I'd rather tell you the honest truth, two to three years to transform your business, and lose the agent who wanted magic, than take money from someone I know I can't help.
I won't teach you to chase. Everything I do is about building an asset you own, not renting leads or hustling on a treadmill that never stops. If a strategy makes you more dependent instead of more free, it's not something I'll teach.
I won't let you skip the giving. This whole method rests on showing up generously for homeowners before there's a commission in it. An agent who only wants to take will never make this work, and I won't pretend otherwise to close a sale.
And I won't stop learning. I've been doing this thirty-four years and I still fold in what my agents teach me. A coach who's stopped listening is a coach who's already out of date. So my non-negotiables come down to this: honesty about the timeline, building instead of chasing, giving before taking, and never believing I've got nothing left to learn. Everything else is negotiable. Those aren't.
What's the legacy I want to leave in this industry by teaching agents to do this?
I want to change how this business treats the people in it, both the agents and the sellers.
For agents, I want to leave behind a generation who finally got out of the trap. Who stopped drowning in buyer work every weekend, stopped renting leads, and built businesses they actually own, with their nights and weekends back and their families in front of them. If I can look back and see agents all over the country running listing-based businesses that give them a real life, that's a legacy worth having.
For sellers, I want a world where more homeowners are guided honestly and early instead of rushed and overcharged at the last minute. Every agent I train is one more community where sellers get someone who prepares them the right way, protects their equity, and tells them the truth. That ripples outward further than any deal I could ever do myself.
And honestly, I want to prove that the empty room was there all along. For thirty-four years, everyone in this business has been crammed into the same corner, fighting over now-sellers, while the future-seller field sat wide open. If my legacy is that I showed a generation of agents there was a whole better way to work that nobody was using, and they built their lives on it, then I've done what I set out to do.
But the legacy I care about most isn't really about agents at all. It's the homeowner in some town I'll never visit, who gets a call from an agent I trained two years before she was ready to sell, and who ends up moving into her next chapter with more money, more calm, and no regret about the way she handled the biggest asset she owned. Multiply that by every agent in the movement, and by every year they keep at it, and that's a lot of families helped. That's bigger than my own business ever was. That's the point.
My promise to every agent I coach
Let me tell you plainly what you can expect from me, because after thirty-four years in this business I don't make promises I can't keep.
I promise to tell you the truth, about the timeline, about the work, and about whether this is even right for you. I will never sell you a fantasy of overnight success, because I care more about you actually succeeding than about closing you today. If I don't think I can help you, I'll say so.
I promise you a system that is real. Not theory, not motivation, not a binder of good intentions. The exact method I've used for three decades to fill my pipeline without buying a single lead, the Front Door Formula, the 8 Strategies, the whole engine, taught to you step by step, and for those who want it, built for you.
I promise to stay in your corner. I build accountability into everything I do, because I've watched the difference between an agent who has someone making sure the work gets done and an agent who's alone with their good intentions. I will hold you to the business you told me you wanted.
I promise you won't be alone. You'll be part of a community of agents doing exactly what you're doing, where you'll watch people who started right where you are build something real, and where their proof becomes your belief.
And I promise you this: if you do the work, this changes everything. Not just your business, your life. Your nights and weekends. The kind of agent you get to be. Two to three years from now, if you build this with me, you won't recognize the business you have, or the freedom you have to enjoy it.
That's my promise. If you're ready to hear how it would work for your business, let's talk.
